Fidelidade ALÔ PopUp Store

ALO is an innovative family protection initiative, which aims to shorten distances and provide immediate response services to the needs of the elderly population. It is based on a solution that combines a tablet, with included internet and simplified software, with an application for family and friends.

This is the first Fidelidade product implemented in the retail channel,
through a pop-up store.

In this pop-up store, people had the possibility to get to know the product and its main functionalities through an activation via video call and by trying out the product.
